Almost a month ago, I went to LA and for the first time I didn't use it's airport as a stop, or drive on through, to head to the beach. Nick and I flew into LA to start (and end) our California road-trip and I was so happy to finally explore the city! Well, kind of. We were only there for a combined amount of 24 hours probably, so not long. We are going back for Thanksgiving, so hopefully I'll be able to do a full travel guide for ya later this year!

In the meantime, here's what we did, where we ate, and such. Enjoy!

MONDAY:

Dinner: Tocaya Organica (so yummy! the tacos were delish, and the margs and guac were on point.)

Dessert: The Bigg Chill (fro-yo! Cash only. Diary-free options too!)

TUESDAY:

Breakfast: The Coral Tree (it has something for everyone!)

Coffee: Alfred

Juice: Joe and the Juice (mind you that they list the base of the juice last, instead of first, so keep that in mind)

After that, we packed up everything and headed to Santa Barbara!

WEDNESDAY:

See what we did in Santa Barbara, here!

We left SB this day and drove to Paso Robles.

THURSDAY:

See what we did in Paso Robles, here!

FRIDAY:

We left Paso after lunch, and drove back to LA.

Drinks: The Otheroom (Note, it only as beer and wine - no cocktails. We started out at Neighbor, but it was packed, so we walked over to The Otheroom! The Abbot Kinney area is such a cool place to just stroll and stop whenever something peaks your interest!)

Dinner: La Trattoria in Beverly Hills

Dessert: Gelato at Amorino

SATURDAY:

Breakfast: Urth Caffe

Birded to Venice Beach (Bird scooters have since dropped in Dallas, but this was our first encounter with them!)

After that, we packed up everything and headed to the airport! THE END.
