Madewell Pocket T-Shirt Dress (Wearing a S) | Vince Warren Slip On Sneakers (TTS, wearing an 8.5)

What's they weather been like in your city? Honestly just a couple weeks ago I woke up to a 35 degree F morning, yet we are having 90 degree F afternoons now.  With the Texas heat, I'm am verrrrry much a dress girl in these coming months. I prefer breathable, cotton dresses for the most part, because they are literally breezy and because you can style them loads of ways! This one is Madewell, which I love, but I am also really into the Lou and Grey dresses as well!

Now I have several dresses like this and at all different price points for that matter. You may look at this one and say $65 for a long t-shirt? No thanks. Hear me out... White dresses are not created equal! This one is thick enough to where it isn't see through AND will hold up for a while. And obviously, I'm showing you how many ways you can wear it, to get you more bang for your buck ;)

I think when it comes to t-shirt dresses, we can often get stuck in the rut of throwing on some sneaks or slides and calling it a day. Don't get me wrong - there is a time and a place for that, but I'm here to make sure you are making your wardrobe work for you! To be 100% transparent, I wear t-shirt dresses to work all the time and I get away with it by how I style them. Not sure what your workplace is like, but with this day and age, you probably can too. The black denim jacket one I could 100% do, but I could also see myself wearing the denim jacket version as well. What about y'all? What is your favorite?

Thank you so much for reading! If you have anything you want me to style for you, let me know in the comments below or send me an email! I LOVE getting requests. XOXO
