When I think of the word lavender, a lot of things come to mind...mostly nostalgic things. For starters, I think of the old Burl Ives song "Lavender Blue". My sister and I used to listen to it on cassette tape!! Another thing I think of is the old Bath and Bodyworks scent, "lavender flowers". Those may be old, but lavender is back and it is far from antiquated.
I don't know why, but I'm seriously to drawn lavender right now. I want lavender EVERYTHING. On Saturday I got lavender nails and am seriously obsessed with them! (It is Kiara Sky Dipping Powder in D533 - it's called Busy as a Bee!) I knew I was into this color when I found these jeans! If you aren't into distressing, they actually come in a plain leg! Ever since I bought these, I have been seeing more and more light purple and I am loving it!!
