Capitol Hill District in Seattle, Washington

On mine and Nick's mission to find the best coffee in Seattle (read that post here ;) ), we stumbled into the Capitol Hill District, to try General Porpoise. I was so sad that we didn't come here until our last day, because "The Hill" is SO cool. If you are familiar with Deep Ellum in Dallas, it definitely gave off that vibe, except a nicer neighborhood;)
On my next trip to Seattle this is the FIRST place I'm going. If there's a cool district to visit, that's somewhat off the radar (or at least was for me), this is it! From foodie spots, to shops, there's a little something for everyone.
A shorter post of mine; I know, but I was really hoping for reccs for my next trip there. There's so many things to do in the Capitol Hill District and I want to know the best of the best! Any favorites out there? HIt me with them!
