Don't get too excited - I'm not talking about the moscow kind ;) BUT these are cute and 0 calories...in fact, you may get negative calories from them ;) You got it! I'm talking about shoes. Mules are so  in this season and I am SO glad. Mules are comfy, chic, and don't give you blisters!

I remember the first pair of mules I had - I think I was around 10 years old.  They were burgundy suede from Payless ShoeSource and I loved them so. I don't really remember another mule after that, until bout 2 years ago. I bought a pair of Dolce Vita Haku Booties (I last pictured them here) and loved them to death! I've already gotten them re-healed.  They did so well, DV came out with a suede version, several months later. I get compliments on them every time I wear them...I knew it was only a matter of time before mules became mainstream again. And well...the time has come, the walrus said!

I'd explain why mules are great, but I feel like it's pretty self explanatory. I mean, you literally just slide them on and you're good to go. What more do you need? I'm obsessed with the ones I am wearing in this post. I thought I was all about the bone color way, but they just released some in gold!! Here are some of my other favorites I'm seeing out there. You can shop them via the widgets below the picture.

So what do you think? Are you on the mule train, er wagon? LOL. I love them and I hope you do too! Let me know what your favorite pair is, so I can get me some too!
