Bachelorette Pool Party in Austin, Texas at Hotel Ella ft. Snap Kitchen + Mighty Swell

Ahhhhh here's the first installment of my bachelorette party weekend! I debated on when to start my posts, as I'm in the middle of my San Francisco series, but thought this was perfect for Labor Day weekend!
So, almost 3 weeks ago, my bridesmaids (minus 1) and my house party, joined me on my bachelorette party weekend, in Austin, Texas. Cliche? Maybe. But, I don't care. We stayed at Hotel Ella, which was the most perfect, cute location and I couldn't be happier with that decision.
I'll be going over what we did in a different, post, but a large chunk of the weekend was dedicated to pool time. Hotel Ella has the cutest little pool and it isn't overrun with pool rats, if you know what I mean...
The highlight of our pool time was definitely being fed by Snap Kitchen. If you follow me on Instagram or SnapChat, then you know that I am obsessed with Snap Kitchen. Recently, they launched a new salad line, and it is BOMB. I had the summer fling salad, with their grilled chicken, and it was the perfect filling meal, that didn't leave me bloated in a bikini. I also had some of their teas and then of course their amazing brownies, and was set. If you haven't tried snap kitchen, and have one in your area, hop on it. My favorite entree to get is the butternut squash macaroni. One bite and you'll be hooked.
But, I mean...it was a bachelorette party, so we wanted to have fun, right? That's where Mighty Swell enters the scene. They are a canned drink company that is as natural as it is buzzing. They use all natural ingredients and have fizzy refreshing flavors, like lemon, grapefruit and peach. I'm very much a grapefruit girl, but the peach was out of this world. If you are looking for a drink that is yummy, yet health conscious, but alcoholic, please try Mighty Swell. They are absolutely delightful!
